We offer Non, Semi, and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for a wide range of equipment and systems. Our contracts cover preventive and breakdown maintenance for a one-year period, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.

Repair and Maintenance : :

Maintenance Schedules

Our maintenance is categorized into three key schedules to ensure optimal performance:
Schedule ‘A’ – Monthly / Bi-Monthly / Quarterly Checks :
Engine:
  • Oil top-up, air filter cleaning, linkage lubrication
  • Battery terminal inspection and corrective actions
  • Cooling system, belt tension, and exhaust system checks
Generator :
  • Cleaning and inspection of AVR panels, MCCBs, relays, and wiring
  • Voltage and electrical connections verification
  • Meter calibration and torque checks
Battery :
  • Check external leakage.
  • Clean battery terminals.
  • Check Charging.
  • Top up distill water if required.
Schedule ‘B’ – Half-Yearly or 300 Hours Maintenance
Engine :
  • Air cleaner element change and cooling system inspection
  • Crankcase and turbocharger checks
  • Starter, flywheel, and canopy inspections
Generator :
  • Deep cleaning of electrical components
  • Bearing greasing, frequency adjustment, and insulation checks
General :
  • Coupling check, lubrication, and load testing for 30 minutes
  • Greasing engine mounting bolts and full system parameter verification
Schedule ‘C’ – Annual Maintenance
Engine:
  • Full overhaul including oil, fuel filter, and pipe replacements
  • Cylinder head decarburizing and radiator hose checks
Generator :
  • Full electrical inspection including governor adjustment and alternator testing
  • Tightness checks and system calibration
General :
  • Load trial, full DG set inspection, greasing, and parameter logging
Schedule ‘D’ – Full Body Servicing & Complete Overhaul for Long-Term DG Set Reliability
D-Check Includes :
  • Complete Dismantling of the generator set, including engine, alternator, and major components
  • Detailed Inspection of all internal parts for wear, fatigue, and damage
  • Replacement/Refurbishment of worn-out or damaged components with OEM-approved parts
  • Cylinder Head Overhaul – including valve lapping, guide and seat reconditioning
  • Cleaning & Servicing of cooling systems, turbochargers, fuel injection systems, and filters
  • Full Reassembly & Reinstallation with precision torque settings
